  摘要 目的:综述3D生物打印支架材料的研究进展和应用。方法:应用计算机检索PubMed数据库关于3D生物打印支架材料的文章,检索词为“3D bioprinting, scaffold”。结果与结论:3D生物打印技术具有快速成型、精确控制等特点,而且可以应用于个性化治疗。天然材料和复合材料可制备成生物墨水用于3D生物打印,通过化学修饰和交联、多种材料复合可提高材料力学和生物性能。利用3D生物打印可以构
造精密、复杂的组织结构。在再生医学领域,3D生物打印有广阔的发展前景。

  Research Progress of Scaffold Materials for 3-Dimensional Bioprinting

  Abstract Objective: To review research progress and application of scaffold materials for 3-dimensional (3D) bioprinting. Methods: A computer-based retrieval was performed to search articles addressing scaffold materials for 3D bioprinting published in PubMed database by using the keywords of “bioprinting”, “scaffold”. Result and
  Conclusion: The 3D bioprinting possesses the characteristics of rapid prototyping and precise control and can be applied to personalized treatments. Natural and synthetic materials can be used to prepare bioink for the 3D bioprinting. The mechanical and biological properties of the materials can be improved by chemical modification and cross-linking. Complex and precise tissue structure can be fabricated by the 3D bioprinting. It is believed that the 3D bioprinting has a great prospect in the field of regenerative medicine.
