【摘要】

目的 观察脱细胞异体真皮基质生物补片修补新生儿和婴幼儿不同类型及部位组织缺损的效果。

方法 采用脱细胞异体真皮基质生物补片修补新生儿和婴幼儿组织缺损,其中巨型脐膨出患儿膨出物切除后的腹壁缺损3例、腹壁神经纤维瘤切除后的腹壁缺损1例、直肠阴道瘘1例、坏死性筋膜炎致臀部皮下组织及皮肤坏死1例。

结果 除1例巨型脐膨出患儿家长放弃治疗外,其余患儿恢复良好,无并发症发生。

结论 脱细胞异体真皮基质生物补片修补新生儿及婴幼儿不同部位组织缺损的效果良好。

Repair of neonatal and infant tissue defects with acellular allogeneic dermal matrix bio-patches

Abstract: Objective to the effect of acellular allogeneic dermal matrix bio-patches on the repair of different types and locations of neonatal and infantile tissue defects. Methods The acellular allogeneic dermal matrix bio-patches were used to repair the defects of neonates and infants. Among them, 3 cases of abdominal wall defects after bulging of giant umbilical bulge, 1 case of abdominal wall defect after removal of abdominal wall neurofibromas, rectum 1 case of vaginal fistula, 1 case of subcutaneous tissue and skin necrosis caused by necrotizing fasciitis. Results Except for one parent who gave up the giant umbilical bulge, the other children recovered well and no complications occurred. Conclusion The acellular allogeneic dermal matrix biologic patch has a good effect on repairing tissue defects in different parts of neonates and infants.
