详细内容: Abstract: Thirty-two patients with oral mucosa defect were divided into two groups according to a random number table. In group A, 16 cases of oral mucosa defect were repaired by autodermic blair graft, and group B using T-1 biomaterial acellular dermal matrix allograft. Results revealed that, the surface corneum of the skins repaired by autodermic blair graft became thin, and was colored as pink, which were different from mucosa and felt more tenacious 6 months after operation, without the presence of contraction; One year after operation, the cold and hot perception began to recover. In the acellular dermal matrix allograft group, the graft area was difficultly distinguished from the normal mucosa with the identical color, and touched tenaciously, partial recovery of perception was observed at 3 months; the allograft converged with the surrounding mucosa, the cold and hot perception was completely recovered at 6 months, indicating the acellular dermal matrix allograft is a new method to repair the defect of oral mucosa, with the good induction capacities of cellular growth and biocompatibility.
